How do I forward calls from my existing number to another phone number?

You can forward calls to your existing phone to another phone by changing the settings in your existing phone. You can use a Network Operator Short Code to forward calls or you can use instructions specific to your handset brand.

  1.      Turn your existing phone on

  2.      Follow the instructions described in the Network Operator Short Code section or the instructions specifc to your handset brand

  3.      Turn your phone off and on again for the setting changes to take effect. Calls to your existing number will now be forwarded to the number that you have entered

  4.      When you wish to stop forwarding your calls, repeat these instructions to disable call forwarding




How do I forward / divert calls using network operator short codes?

You can forward or divert calls from your existing number to a different phone number by entering a short code in your existing phone.

  1.      Turn your existing phone on

  2.      Dial **21* followed by the number you wish the calls to be forwarded to, followed by #
    For example **21*13106565655#

  3.      Press ‘yes/ok/send’

  4.      You will either see a message on your screen or receive a text message saying that forwarding has been enabled

  5.      Turn your phone off and on again for the setting changes to take effect. Calls to your existing phone will now be forwarded to the number you have entered.

  6.      When you wish to stop forwarding your calls, dial ##21# to disable call forwarding.




What is the cost to forward calls?

There is no cost to set up forwarding of calls, however there may be a cost per minute that you incur. The cost to forward a call to another number will vary depending on your service provider. Please contact your service provider to find out the cost. You will need to tell them the number that you are forwarding calls to.
